Hornets and Lakers could be the stories of the year in BBS. Yup. And as much as people bashed the deal, the Iggy deal was big, he's been the perfect fit for my team. Iggy sucks. You're a bad GM in BBS. You trade in circles. You did nothing but have faith in prospects and players who would NEVER evolve. The group of people you have will never compete in the playoffs. Go slit your wrist.

And as for nova, I loved him getting Emeka. I was never really negative towards him because I don't really care, but dealing Arthur for Emeka was the type of move people wanted him to make, wasn't it? I didn't really pay attention to the situation.

Yeah, I wasn't implying you did it to give in to what everyone wanted you to do, just saying that (from my perspective) it was the type of move people wanted you to make.

Not saying any of that is true or false, and the post wasn't meant to be serious.

Yeah, it definitely was, but I have no regrets about passing on any deals I may have passed on. I definitely made a few bad moves in my first few years, but the last 2 seasons I think I've rebounded quite nicely.

and im not saying you got pressured or anything, just that i for one, always tried getting you to deal some of your youth for an impact player.

and im not saying you got pressured or anything, just that i for one, always tried getting you to deal some of your youth for an impact player. I know, and you weren't alone. I made the deal because I felt it was a good move for my team. Same reason I acquired Barbosa & JJ last offseason, same reason I traded JJ for Iggy this past offseason. So I know that's what people wanted me to do, but that played no part in my decision-making. If it had, I never would have traded for Iggy, I knew that would be an unpopular move. It's really not anything that really requires discussion, but I'm just saying, while I know people wanted me to deal my youth for impact players a few years ago, even in my first few years here, I'd seen a couple teams make some bad trades solely because they weren't patient enough, and I didn't want to make the same mistake.

Oden with a 26 and 26 game against the Bulls.
Darko is a beast.
Miles has been awesome since joining the team.
