Based on those who could POTENTIALLY enter the draft.
1. Philadelphia - Greg Oden C - I feel as though in some parallel universe Greg Oden ended up in Philadelphia before, and it seemed to work out well.... Andy knows what Im talking about.
2. New York - Kevin Durant SF - Scary, scary, scary..... We dont want the Knicks to add Durant to TP, Yao and JRich. We just dont.
3. Miami - Nicholas Batum SF - Batum is compared to Rudy Gay. We think he'll be a better offensive player though, which is really what the Heat need, along with some Kleenex for not landing 1 or 2.
4. New York - Al Horford PF - A great young banger to add to an already impressive Knick frontline. Horford, Yao, Dally, Millsap, Stepania.....
5. New Orleans - Yi Jianlin PF - The Hornets want a center, but they cant pass on the chance to get a low post scorer in Yi. Yi, Smush and Nene, I smell a morning talk show.
6. Minnesota - Joakim Noah PF - The Wolves would like to get someone with more upside, but Noah is too good to pass up. He's solid, and well make his teammates better, plus hes got cool hair.
7. LA Lakers - Brandan Wright PF - Lakers need size, and while Wright is tall, he's paper thin. Expect Wright to be packaged with Diaw for a C.
8. Washington - Mike Conley PG - Pretty much the ideal situation for the Wiz. A young up and coming point to take over for Eric Snow. COnley could be the 3rd best player in the Draft.
9. Toronto - Darrell Arthur PF - Raps need some young bigs, and Arthur is young and big. Too bad he wont play for the first 3 years.
10. Dallas - Corey Brewer SF - Mavs love Brewers defense, but would love even more to choose between Oden and Durant.
11. San Antonio - Jeff Green SF - He just seems to fit in with the Spurs. Green can play PF or SF, can D, and can pass. Just what the Spurs love.
12. Toronto - Javaris Crittenton PG - The Raps dont need another PG, but Crittenton has the biggest upside of the players left. Maybe theyll move Wade to PF to accomodate Javaris.
13. Boston - Tyler Hansbrough PF - When Shaq is gone, D12 will need help. Hans may not have upside, but he can score down low.
14. Philadelphia - Marco Belinelli SG - Marco, can you play the 1? Sixers will find out real quick.
15. San Antonio - Rudy Fernandez SG - The Spurs had good luck with Ukic at point guard, will they continue the trend by drafting Rudy? Fernandez and Ukic could be dynamic.
16. Minnesota - Tiago Splitter PF - Wolves added the safe pick in Noah, now they can take a risk with Tiago. Splitter should be a pretty goo defender, maybe even a center.
17. Denver - Shawne Williams SF - Williams is versatile and he could become a good defender. The heir apparent to Jerry Stackhouse.
18. Atlanta - Forfeited - Damn you Nenad Krstic.
19. Minnesota - Josh McRoberts PF - Wolves take their third big man in McRoberts. McRoberts probably sucks, but heh, whatever.
20. Phoenix - Marc Gasol C - The Suns need to get younger desperately so they could go pretty much anywhere at 20. Because they seem to have a lack of big man depth, a player like Marc Gasol makes alot of sense. he has a huge body and is already a decent player. Even if he doesnt progress he'll be a solid late 1st rounder.
