Power Forward
Name: Danny Fortson
Team: Houston Rockets
Statistics: 25.8ppg, 12.4rpg
Player Rank: #9
Analysis: Although he isn’t much of a defender, there is no questioning Fortson’s ability to put points up in a hurry. Averaging 25.8ppg and 12.4rpg off 42% shooting, Houston’s starting 4 man is without question the best power forward in the Midwest Division.
Small Forward
Name: Antawn Jamison
Team: Houston Rockets
Statistics: 19.8ppg, 7.9rpg, 4.2apg, 2.3spg
Player Rank: #26
Analysis: Antawn Jamison concludes the all-Houston front court. Putting up a stellar 20 and 8 as the Rockets second option scorer, Jamison beats out Shawn Marion and to a lesser extent, Josh Smith in the All-Midwest Team.
Shooting Guard
Name: Ray Allen
Team: Memphis Grizzlies
Statistics: 25.9ppg, 5.2rpg, 1.7apg, 1.5spg
Player Rank: #33
Analysis: Averaging 26ppg from 49% shooting, Ray Allen is the best shooting guard in the Midwest at the moment. Even though he is playing for the lowly Grizzlies, there is no denying Allens will to score and ability to do so quickly. With a deadly outside shot and money mid range jump shot, Ray Allen is without doubt the best shooting guard in the Midwest.

A great young talent with potential to burn, Kirk is the best point guard and makes the All-Midwest Team
Bench: Shawn Marion, Andrei Kirilenko, Bonzi Wells, Mehmet Okur and Josh Smith
All-Pacific Team
Center

Team: LA Lakers
Statistics: 26.1ppg, 12.0rpg, 1.5apg, 1.3spg, 2.2bpg
Player Rank: #7
Analysis: After having a quiet 2005 season, Amare has burst out of the blocks and solidified himself as a legit top 10 league talent. Averaging 26 and 12 for the young and dynamic Lakers, Amare’s stellar play has lead to a 16-19 record which isn’t bad for the incredibly long Lakers.

Averaging close to 26 and 8 a night, VC15, who has had several 45+ games and a couple of triple doubles thus far for the Warriors makes the All-Pacific Team as starting small forward.
Shooting Guard
Name: Kobe Bryant
Team: Golden State Warriors
Statistics: 33.6ppg, 6.8rpg, 5.1apg, 2.1spg
Player Rank: #2
Analysis: The complete package. Kobe is the BBS’ best pure scorer, no questions asked. Not only is he a dynamic scorer (33.6ppg anyone?), however Bryant has been a great rebounder (6.8rpg), playmaker (5.1apg) and defender (2.1spg) for the Warriors. Apart of the formidable trio in Oakland, Kobe is the All-Pacific Teams’ starting shooting guard.
