K fine I felt like giving him a chance ok lol. I was alittle upset when I heard the top young pg in your sim was dealt without consulting me. Again, I thought Jeremy did everything since he's the full time GM. If you want to take over I'm fine with that, but yall ned to let me know whos calling the shots. Jeremy calls the shots.

So rebuilding in UOSL isn't fun? Um seems to me like Grizz and Pacers had fun rebuilding. Pacers have a sexy ass team and their going to have a lotto pick. Grizz have durant who after his first TC is B- B+ C- B- B- A... Am I missing something? no it really is not fun. out of getting lucky and having the top two picks its basically a crap shoot and u can end of getting a guy that never developes 2-4 years down the road and basically your team still is a bottom dwelling team. You mentioned the top two picks in that draft, besides that nothing is clear, i dont know how u could be excited about that. Yes if i had the top 1 or 2 pick every year i would be excited about my rebuilding plan, but I dont see excitment in seeing my fourth pick bust and then the next year my 3rd pick bust. Just as an example. So your saying all the lotto guys should have 100 potential... Give me a break. Name a draft where more than 15 1st round picks ended up being starters for a most their careers. It's almost never happened.

Rookies playing more than 20 minutes a game: Mike Conley Jr. PG 20 6'1'' 184 C+ C B+ B- D A Roy Hibbert C 20 7'3'' 282 B- D+ D B- C+ B Al Horford PF 21 6'10'' 245 B C- C- B C+ A Aaron Brooks PG 22 6'0'' 165 C A- C+ B- D+ C Greg Oden C 19 7'1'' 284 B C- D- A- B A Nicolas Batum SF 19 6'8'' 200 C+ C+ C B- C- A Nick Young SG 22 6'6'' 195 B- B C- C C- B Acie Law IV PG 22 6'3'' 197 C B- B C D A Jeff Green SF 21 6'9'' 235 B- C+ C B- C B Brandan Wright PF 20 6'9'' 219 B D+ C- B C A Kevin Durant SF 19 6'10'' 229 B- B+ C- B- B- A Brandon Rush SG 22 6'6'' 210 C+ B C C+ C- A Derrick Byars SG 23 6'7'' 220 B- B- C C+ C- B Marcus Williams SG 20 6'7'' 203 B- C+ C- C+ C- B Julian Wright SF 20 6'8'' 225 B C- C B C+ A
Others good players: Rodney Stuckey SG 21 6'5'' 205 B- C+ C B- D+ A Morris Almond SG 22 6'6'' 215 B- B C- C+ C- C Al Thornton SF 23 6'8'' 220 C+ B D+ B C C Joakim Noah PF 22 6'11'' 232 B- C- C- A- C+ B
Look how many rookies are play 20mpg+ That's very unrealistic. So I should be making ratings worse for rookies, not better. lol

no these teams are so bad and the ratings with the players in the league already are all bad for these poor teams that they have to look for their rook production. Besides would u rather have a 35 year old guy playing pg or your 20 year old mike conley..

That's my point. Anyway, I don't wanna argue...
