not a bad thought would you be quicker to part with aldridge or randolph? I've watched nearly every game. And it's obvious Aldridge>Randolph. The only thing I give to Randolph, he is mad talented on the offensive end. yea i can't say i see too many blazer games so i really don't know. Also othella harrington was really talented on the offensive end too buts thats all he gave. I've never got the big hype over randolph as he's never produced a winning team. I think keep them all is best it's going to be exciting but I really do wish Oden and Durant landed in the East for league parity the west is just too good

Well, Zbo can score from anywhere on the court. He's got a decent 3point shot. And crazy ass jump shot.

not every #1 scorer is going to be the typical all-around player.
in a non-fbb world, i'd rather have randolph but considering they could get that same scoring out of oden and roy eventually, they might be better off with aldridge.

like i said i don't see nearly enough of randolph to make an accurate judgement

well, the celtics HAVE said that it would be ideal to trade their pick for a veteran for can produce and have a winning impact, so it's possible. i think celtics fans would be mad though lol.

Id be mad. But its a good deal for the Blazers IMO, and I can see the Celtics wanting a low post scoring threat.

blazers should definitely try to make oden happy.
boston, i hear(and what does that even amount to at this point but...) is very high on brewer and yi. danny ainge visited yi 3 times and loves his potential. the idea of brewer, tony allen, and rajon rondo in the same line-up defensively really excites em.
if i'm them i take conley for myself though, infact i don't think conley should go past #3.

i don't see Conley being drafted that high I think he drops down near 10. I think Conley is great and fast but I think that he is slightly inflated due to the fact of the team he played on and the big men available are too hard to pass up. Conley gets great hype from Oden

Conley gets great hype from Oden as far as ohio state's offense was concerned, possessions didn't run through oden, and conley was the guy creating late in games. i don't think oden makes him look any better and i don't his game depends at all on what oden does. i know his name being associated with oden leads to hype, but he's legit.

Randolph to the Celtics. Conley to the Blazers. Conley-Sergio Roy Outlaw Aldridge Oden Where's Jack? Our coach is high on Jack. He'd start over Conley and Sergio.

Lets be real here too Conley was a step quicker than most in college but in the pros the game is faster. Please don't misconstrued this as Conley bashing because I also think he is good but I don't think he is great. I'd take Green, Horford, Wright, Yi, Brewer, Noah over him. I'd even consider Julian Wright and Hawes over him. Also general question to all what do you make of the comparison Mike Conley and Acie Law?

i dunno how good conley is gonna be but, i'll say that every offense needs shooters and an inside presence. even jason kidd's offense struggles in the front court because jefferson, carter and nachbar are rarely feeling it at the same time... and i guess kidd's poor shooting included. also i think oden gave the offense some open shots but it's not like the shaq-effect but i never discredit the big men.
but i just think conley is the only good true PG in this draft. if i'm atlanta i nab him up. if he's the real deal it would lead to a very nice shooting backcourt and an athletic team. they'd be an all-around machine offensively and have great size defensively.
that is just me though.

Yeah weak PG Class. Crittenton, Pruitt, Law all seem like potential 2s in the future. They remind me of the Gilbert Arenas' and the Steve Francis' (Not talent wise but the way the play). I'd saw Crittenton is a true PG. He's tall, but he has good quickness and looks like a general on the court. But yeah, conley is the only true PG that will get picked in the first round.

yeah i agree with duce. not completely sold on Yi, the chinese players can be great or busts. it all depends though on what they think is the best need to fill. Centers don't come by often but at #3 i don't think YI is ideal pick, maybe trading that pick for more picks would suit them better. They have a nice young core as is.
