that would be pretty pathetic if he were to bust in a 3-4 scheme... his size alone is an asset... willis is nice though.

I can see the 9ers taking Ted Ginn...although willis would be a nice fit...Ginn gives Smith another great option...Smith Gore Ginn Davis would be nice

and i dont see the Dolphins drafting Jones...They will either draft Quinn or Landry or trade that pick for a pick between 14 and 20 and get extra picks...I would love to see them trade down and get Olsen from the U...

one of my best friends is a diehard 49er fan and he says he is positive they are going defense and pretty sure its Willis so I'll go with him
49ers select Patrick Willis

I think the 49ers will stay with offence and go with either Ginn or Jarrett.

I think the 49ers are definitely going defense, so Patrick Willis.

and buffalo takes marshawn lynch, in an attempt to replace mcgahee.

I say they take Leon Hall. It is easier to get a RB in the 2nd round.

Lynch makes the most sense but I can see them reaching for someone they like to fill in on the defense again this year but for now I am saying
Bills select Marshawn Lynch

You know the Bills are gonna go get someone like Pittman in the 2nd round. They need to replace Nate more!!

i don't think the bills are gonna take a guy who gets "hyphy" on an injury cart anyway(they're trying to build up on character players). but honestly, i think as much of an asset as clements was, they do have mcgee who is pretty good. let's put it this way though, if the bills don't find a running game, and they have jp at q, they're absolutely fucked. i mean most teams would be fucked, but this team would be even worse off.

JP actually made huge strides last year.

Ill say Hall, since Im thinking Lynch and his "character issues" will drop him on draft day.

JP actually made huge strides last year. this is gonna sound very harsh but i would be surprised if he could repeat what he did. and that is considering he took like 50 sacks and committed over 20 turnovers. when you have a QB like him, you don't leave him hanging... you have to build a great core around him to succeed. the days of every team stacking 8-in-the-box to stuff mcgahee are over and if they don't find a solution then they're in trouble. i agree he improved but i don't think he's the kind of QB that can be relied on every week to win games.

Losman still can't be depended on every week by himself. Lynch would give him a RB to play with for the next deade. I wouldn't be suprised if Law or Revis or Nelson (I think he will still be here in actual draft) are the pick. Willis could easily be pick as well if he slides past 49ers but I don't see that happening.

How many QBs can be depended upon to win by themselves?

Post by cjmjones008 on Apr 15, 2007 23:50:44 GMT -5
not many but most can give you a chance and i dont see losman being capable of that more then 8 times... and thats just at having a chance of winning not actually winning

i don't think they are taking a RB but i don't think they will take hall either so I just gave them Lynch even though I don't see it
