i'll go with whatever but i would think not having a draft pick would be the best incentive to force people to attempt to win. just my view. i'm glad at least something is being done about it though just because it adds to the overall realism to the league. i agree... the reason people lose on purpose is to get good draft picks. if a rule is implemented that takes away draft picks from people, people should therefore not contunually lose on purpose. obviously if a team has a history of losing records and is just so blatantly terrible, fire them.

Well im glad we dont have to give up picks anymore. I always felt that rebuilding teams should not be getting any kind of rewards from losing teams.
Lots of good ideas but main thing is that is has to be something easy to keep track of and simple for everyone. Don't want to overcomplicate things either.

What if you were to lose like 3 years straight and dont have your own picks but your own pick lands in the top 5 every year does your same plan apply.

That was the old rule. Im gonna have to make the Hard Cap more harsh for future violators. I want it to be a huge penalty. This seems light to me.
This is what the rule is know though so Andy and Aaron are getting off lucky.

Just my opinion but i think if i a team is over the hard cap there best player should be put on waivers and the worst team in the league should get first opportunity to claim that player off waivers. With this rule you will most likely never see a team over the hard cap.

spence if you need me to do a worksheet to manage everything or a microsoft word document, i'll do it. just let me know if you want me to and what the new rules are going to be. furthermore, the points system is good and the 30 win thing is solid. Maybe we could use both?
