I never said Galo was a bad GM, he's definitely a good one, I just don't like this specific deal for him. If he could have gotten say Julian Wright in the deal rather then Jeff Green, I'd like it a lot more. Yuck, Galo's not a good GM. I love how Aaron all of sudden has the right to call out people left and right because he won a championship. Not even the best GMs do that but you think you have that right since you've won now. I think you should come down to earth a little, really though.

Aaron has always been a closet asshole. Not even his man beast of a dog likes him.

And how you take the gimmick seriously. Seriously, the much better benefit to winning a championship is the act I can put on and actually have guys like Galo take it like I think my word is the truth. Galo, you're doing an awful (I mean, wow) job, but I wasn't seriously calling you out.

Galo, this is less than 6 hrs or so that I was at work. Spence PM'd me to PM you back after you gave a ridiculous counter offer. Also we were offering two picks and something could have worked if you would have been a bit more patient. There wasn't gun to your head to deal Darko but obviously you were trigger happy
The Philly 2012 pick I have is pretty nice I also have my 2011 which could be pretty nice too. Maybe you could have gotten David Lee or something we had tons of options but you rushed into a deal

That's bad logic. People are mad because they feel that they could have offered more. they say that. but when its time to ante up, they dont. you're wrong here very wrong (at least in this case). I was very willing to work with you on a deal and I had a good amount of pieces that you were seeking but you weren't patient enough to let things happen

i was going to offer kg and gay for darko plus ... not going to comment on the deal but a guy krup or reilly wouldve exhausted all their options and gptten the most before completing a deal ... that's the difference between 1st tier, 2nd tier, and 3rd tier gm's props to dj first off, u said u were not going to add to kg. Your exact words were "foye or gay are tough unless i add them to kg which would be way too much to give up." So dont even pull that card. Second off, I went through every pm offer that I got and got back to everyone with offers and deals. This was the best deal besides the MEM deal which I proposed. Other than that, I think this was a good deal for the both of us and everyone who is doubting that is just bad because they didnt get Darko or because DJ got him. So deal with it. its called negotating.. it was a starting point to see what u were willing to do.. i dont mind i didnt get him..i have a good team.. fact is u just traded the best player in the league after 25 days (i did rankings and he was #1 by a considerable margin...) for mid level prospects at best..i wouldnt of done that for gay let alone darko and thats not considering hes only 24.. like i said props to dj for getting darko without giving anything of high value

I agree that I probably did jump the gun a bit in doing this deal. But I still think these prospects are not mid level in addition to the NO pick and my pick should be able to translate a strong rebuilding effort and get this team back on a rise. but like everything we'll see what happens.

Clips, you basically just gave one of the best players in the league IMO for a PG (who isn't even that good considering how many talented PGs there are), and Jeff Green who may not even become anything...
Are you fucking serious?
Anyway, it's better for me, I got your first next year. I'm glad I didn't trade it.

The after the fact crowd has spoken.
Whats funny is most of these GMs are the one's who usually ONLY make trades when it benefits them more so than the other guy... and now they're the voice of reason and of equality...
You woulda, you coulda... but you didnt.

DJ this isn't about you....
you got a great trade and i think everyone applauded what you did here...I think people are more upset is that they had current negotiations with Galo and Galo chose not to be thorough in his efforts to deal darko and well....settled

I know this isnt about me... which is why I didn't even mention myself... ... ?
I did however point out that there are people who are making claims after the fact... which is pointless. What you all "could" have done, you didnt do. That isn't Galo's fault. If all of these other offers were actually better, he would have taken one of them instead.

What a stupid comment. The whole point of everyones bitching (who is bitching) is that they had a better offer.

I like Farmar alot. I think the CHI deal we offered was better then this though.
Whatever, Galo has been sputtering since the 2 championships he won, hopefully he'll get it going at some point.
trade in

What a stupid reply... clearly they didnt have a better offer(or an offer that was clearly better), because if they did, he would have taken it. .... .... Only better to themselves... which is what is so amusing.
