Lets not have a salary cap...why punish someone for getting all max players? Lets not have a 15% trade rule either. Its just a silly NBA rule no reason we should use it here. (this is the one your basically saying here....You can sign and cut 10 guys to make a 2 mil salary get traded for a 12 mil salary?) this is not the nba we do not need the same rules that they have. I agree. But it would be nice to have some rules. Right now there are none.

I hate when GMs say this in not the NBA, well we are basing the contracts, and the player ratings, and all the player info on the NBA, so might as well base some of the logical rules from the NBA...

JAH, I see your point. Wouldn't mind there being a rule, but as long as there isn't, this kind of deal is fine.

Deals like this are dumb. Takes more skill to get a deal done without all the Fa's. But it's a part of BBS and it makes it easier for people to deal so activity is more important than realism. All you can do is try to take advantage of it. That's about it.
