Its an overwelming offer that I could not refuse. When you recieve so many picks its hard to pass up. Plus Tinsley and Dunleavy can be good players.
Nice dealing hernando.

In time the Blazers should end up with more value. Does this mean JJ is starting PG now?

ya i gave up 5 picks, im obviously hoping my picks wont hold much value, my best pick this year seems .500% at best unless pig decides to tank. and milwaukee should have a load of talent by 07. dunleavy was blocked by rice/jrich/diaw, and nash is a great upgrade over tinsley. also changes my focus to outside, with nash's A outisde, kobe's A-, and rice's A.

i think portland kind of had to trade nash. a lot of other gm's would have gotten much less value. so good work there.
the lakers really have a lot of talent and add a possible franchise player.

one of the main reasons i was comfortable with dealing all those picks is because my team is so young overall... kobe is 24, nash 28, then jrich is 22, curry 19, randolph 20, magloire 24, diaw 20.

Thats a discrace to have them two together....One of the greatest team players ever and one of the biggest "all about me" players of all time.

i feel like it would work perfectly in reality... nash wants to help kobe, kobe wants to help kobe. all that talent driven toward the same motive, they'd dominate.

so im guessing Dan is sending that Seattle 06 back to Pig soon...not sure how this will work out for either team but its certainly is a franchise changing deal...kinda reminds me of that Jazz-Cavaliers deal a while back with Juwan Howard and all those picks...and the jazz won that deal hands down...then again, howard is no nash...but it certainly changed both franchises, hence the similarity of the two...

I think it's a joke because of the number of times i've tried to get Nash from Basone and no matter how many picks(ironically I've offered the same bucks pick hernando gave up) and Basone was unwilling to part ways unless I gave up Brand or Manu. I offered Miller, Crawford, Gooden, etc. + tons of picks and talks wouldn't pick up unless I Brand or Manu were in there and he settles on a garbage deal for Tinsley. Great deal for Hernando but go fuck yourself Basone after 2 seasons of trying to get you to deal Nash, if you would have actually been willing to sit down and negotiate something you could have gotten a much better offer.
